§ 1 Scope, customer information

The following terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between UniStarter e.U. (www.unistarter.at) and consumers who buy goods through our shop. The contract language is English.

§ 2 Fulfilment of contract and right of withdrawal

(1) The offers on the Internet are a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.

(2) Description of the order process:

Selection of the product
Confirmation by clicking on the button "ADD TO CART"
Review your order in the shopping cart
Confirmation of the button "CHECKOUT"
Choice of payment method
Correction of the submitted data
Binding dispatch of the order by clicking on the button "PURCHASE"

You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process you enter your data and preference regarding payment method, delivery modalities etc. Before you submit the order, you can return to the website where your details have been entered by clicking on the "Back" button in your Internet browser. After having checked your details and corrected any entry errors you may proceed with your order or you may close your Internet browser to cancel the order process. Only by clicking on the order button do you make a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase agreement. You can also place an order by phone. We confirm the receipt of the order directly via an automatically generated e-mail. With said dispatch we accept your order. 

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal form any purchase according to §3 KSchG.

§ 3 Customer information: Storage of your order data

Information obtained alongside your placed order (for example, type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. All sensitive costumer data will be handled as defined per the "Privacy Policy" section on the website . However, you have no access to your past orders over the Internet. You can access the terms and conditions through our website.

§ 4 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date, Payment Methods

The indicated prices include the legal value added tax. The shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer and will be evidenced during the order. With a binding purchase (confirmation of the data and input of the payment information) the purchase price becomes due. You have the option of payment by IMMEDIATELY, PayPal or credit card.

§ 5 Delivery

Any delivery will take 3-5 working days. Picking up any orders at our sites is not possible. Parcels not delivered to our partners might not be kept for you at the location. Please consider that you might need to collect your parcel from the post office.

Any discovered product defficiences must be reported immediately after receipt of the goods. At this point, the statutory warranty obligations apply.

§ 7 Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately.

§ 8 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You can correct your entries at any time before placing the order with the delete key. We will inform you on the way through the ordering process about further correction options. You can also end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 9 Product Ownership

The object of purchase remains the property of UniStarter OG until full payment.
